North Texas District Finals

April 18, 2009 Trinity Church, Cedar Hill, Texas

Glad Tidings, Austin, Texas took the North Texas District Championship by

winning the last match of the day over Trinity. The teams had split the two

prior head-to-head match ups. Hunter Funk of GT led all scorers

with 1110 points in 9 matches and 2 perfect games. David Ferguson of Trinity collected 705 points to take second individually. Lakeshore (Rockwall) rounded out the top 3; their leading scorer, Mitchell Barker, garnered 310 points.

Two teams competed in the Novice division, where Harvest bested Glad Tidings 5 matches to 2. Austin Lovekamp of Harvest racked up 960 for a 137 point average with 2 perfect games.
