Why use the bq-KEEPER?
The bq-KEEPER is an Excel spreadsheet designed to keep track of the score, quiz outs, contests, time outs, fouls – all the data associated with Bible Quizzing!
How many times has your team gotten stung and lost a match because you didn’t know the score on the last question? Or maybe you knew the score, but applied the wrong strategy because you didn’t realize which quizzer needed to answer? Or maybe you thought you knew the score, but an arithmetic error had you select the wrong strategy for your team?
Key Features:
* Typing is kept to a minimum – Just enter team and quizzer names. All other data is selected from a drop down menu to ensure only valid data is entered.
* Extensive error checking – the bq-KEEPER checks for inconsistencies such as a quizzer answering too many questions, correct or incorrect; same question being answered correctly twice; incorrect point values, etc.
* Strategy Helps: The bq-KEEPER highlights key quizzers for you so you know which one can still win the game for you. It also tells you when you can stop interrupting and gives detailed strategy for the last question based on the scenario (lead/trail, point value remaining; quiz-out possibilities)
* Flexibility – The bq-KEEPER works for Adult, Teen, or Junior Bible Quiz and may be customized for other situations such as a One on One tournament with special question sets.
* Record keeping: How do you organize the data from a day of quizzing? Say goodbye to a blizzard of paper score sheets! After each match, you can keep your bq-KEEPER spreadsheets organized on your computer hard drive where you can easily locate them for future reference.
* Software: If you have computer running Excel, you can run The bq-KEEPER; no other special software is required. The bq-KEEPER contains no macros, Visual Basic, or other code and so will not compromise your computer security.
